Black Desert Online Japan Server Registration Guide. Before you read this guide - I still not tested if one popular vpn (Check my Facebook page) work with the game client and I'm not sure when i get time for test.
To Register account we also use VPN but free one with bad connection.
1. Download http://www.vpngate.net/en/download.aspx Latest Client + Gate Client Plugin
2. Install and open.
Click 2 times using left mouse button on gate public relay servers and select Japan. (If selected server not work try another)
3. Enter game site https://api.pmang.jp/register?service=pmang

If you select social sites it always going ask to enter captcha.
If you got that msg -
Change IP.
5. Fill registration page.
Confirm.
Check your email and press on link. Congratulation and welcome to most hard part in this guide.
6. Press https://api.pmang.jp/login/relogin?pageurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pmang.jp%2F&service=pmang
Enter login & password. Press on big button.
Now you just need to write captcha. Actually it very easy, just check my old post - Japanese Captcha
It take me around 5~ min to write 2 captchas.
7. Download torrent https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwNkGkjDnR7tZGt6aG00MnlEUlU/view
After you finish download put both of them in the same folder and press on exe.
Now you can Install English Patch http://black-desert.com/forums/index.php/Thread/3245-English-Patch/?pageNo=1
8. To enter Black Desert Online Japan -
Login http://blackdesert.pmang.jp/
Now enter http://blackdesert.pmang.jp/gamestart
If you got that - 'ログインしてください。.' error try to change VPN IP.
